Guaranteed
Reservation
Holders of major credit cards can use their card to guarantee
reservations.
Confirmed Reservation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing unless they are a
guaranteed reservation.
Cancellations
All confirmed bookings, including guaranteed reservations, have to
be cancelled more than 24 hours before the arrival date,
when a reference number will be quoted, otherwise the first
night's accommodation will be charged. This only applies to single
night reservations for individuals. It does not apply to multiple
bookings where there is a longer cancellation policy. For these
and longer stays, please check at the time of booking.
